Customer service is directly related to tourism, as
 The tourism industry is based on money and no clients there is no income. Good customer service is required for each part of tourism, be it hotel, restaurant, travel agency, flight etc. Regardless of how rude and demanding customer may be that it is more important to stay positive and be friendly with the client
Tourism is the industry in which passengers contact us to get what he / she dreams of holidays because it




 Travelers at the end of the day to go on holiday to relax and have a good time. Each airline or rail travel agency focused on strong customer service to those who receive services are likely to return to their travel arrangements to come. If the tourists a good service at a hotel known then he would consider the first hotel chain whenever he visits and recommend other with his word of mouth within his / her social circle. Similarly, if the traveler receives a good service of any specific airline or a travel trader then he will consider being a regular customer with the specific service provider and in turn generate business for future utilities including Yatra.com, makemytrip.com, Cleartrip. com and Travelocity.com, etc
Poor customer service can ruin the reputation of this hotel, restaurant, airline or a travel agency. If the client gets a bad experience then it will not use this vendor again, nor does he advise anyone to use it again. While the supplier will lose that revenue directly to customers and indirectly in the future he will lose the prospective client that could bring a lot of business in the future
